CVPost thrift sale set for weekend as part of Eastside Hill’s neighborhood wide sale
The Chippewa Valley Post will sponsor a thrift sale this coming weekend as part of the annual Eastside Hill neighborhood-wide thrift sale.
The fund-raiser for the Post will be located at 915 Barland St. and will be open on Friday (May 20) from 5 to 8 p.m. On Saturday it will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday hours are noon to 2 p.m., mostly for donors to pick up unsold items

A mid-May decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court is the latest chapter in the highly publicized two-month struggle between Gov. Tony Evers and the state Legislature.
Evers, a Democrat, and the Republican-controlled Legislature have been at odds over voting dates and procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic and in regard to who has the power to establish rules governing quarantine while it lasts.
