If you run into jugglers or caricature artists in downtown Eau Claire Friday afternoon or evening, you will have crossed paths with the sixth annual “UW Meets EC” event that will introduce groups of touring students to the area.
Phoenix Park to host “Taste of the Valley starting at 11 a.m. today
“Taste of the Valley” will transform Phoenix Park today into a festival grounds that showcases the areas restaurants and breweries.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free, and food items will cost from $1 to $5.
Volunteers still needed to staff “Taste of the Valley” on June 3
The “Taste of the Valley” organizing committee is still looking for about 35 more volunteers to help with the June 3 event. After Hours Rotary Club efforts provide Thanksgiving meals for 30 Chippewa Valley families
(PHOTO FEATURE) Seventeen members of the Chippewa Valley After Hours Rotary Club participated in assembling and delivering Thanksgiving meals to 30 local families in need last week.
