Nonprofits interested in applying for a grant can call the Eau Claire Community Foundation at 715-552-3801 or visit the Women’s Giving Circle page on the Eau Claire Community Foundation website (www.eccommunityfoundation.org) for more information.
The Eau Claire Community Foundation (ECCF) is a bridge connecting donors with charities to improve the quality of life in the Eau Claire area.
As a tax-exempt public charity created by and for the Eau Claire community, the ECCF establishes endowments that are invested to provide long-term support for charitable purposes. When the principal in those endowments earns interest and dividends over time, the earnings are distributed to local nonprofit organizations.
Because it is a 501(c)(3) organization, the ECCF enables donors to take the maximum allowable deduction for charitable contributions under IRS rules.
People interested in donating to the ECCF can explore the Foundation’s numerous options for contributing to existing funds or creating new ones at its website, www.eccommunityfoundation.org, or by calling the ECCF at 715-552-3801.
