Life after prison will be the focus of a panel discussion on Wednesday, Oct. 28 featuring four different perspectives on the challenges of re-entering the general community.
The panel is co-sponsored by the Chippewa Valley chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Wisconsin and JONAH (Joining Our Neighbors, Advancing Hope). It is scheduled for

The panel will focus on programs and services available to assist former prisoners with various aspects of rejoining their communities. Chris Ahmuty, executive director of ACLU-Wisconsin, will discuss the topic of felon re-enfranchisement.
Other panelists will include Paul Reed, chief U.S. probation officer for the western district of Wisconsin; Holli Linn, program supervisor for the Eau Claire County Community Transition Center; and Jerome Dillard, re-entry coordinator for Dane County Human Services.
