The CVPost’s “6 of Substance” series is part of our effort to provide meaningful coverage of area nonprofit organizations in order to increase public awareness of what they do and why they are needed. This week’s featured organization is the Womens' Giving Circle, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. The WGC raises money and distributes funds to projects and initiatives that improve the lives of women and children in the Eau Claire area.
