The JONAH task force focused on reducing childhood poverty will meet at 5 p.m. on Saturday (Feb. 2) at the First Presbyterian Church, 2112 Rudolph Rd. in Eau Claire. The meeting is open to the public and anyone interested in joining the group is encouraged to attend. The task force is seeking state legislative support for efforts to reduce the level of childhood poverty by 50 per cent over the next 10 years.
