Today – with Wisconsin tabbed as one of the nation’s top swing states – they can be.
Although the state’s election technology is generally seen as secure, the threats against it remain significant. Despite important recent upgrades, questions remain about the effectiveness of the state’s post-election audits and the security of some voting machines.
