The third public input session for the proposed Boyd Park redesign will be held a 6:30 this evening (Mar. 5) at Spirit Lutheran Church, 1310 Main St. (lower level).
It will be hosted by the Eastside Hill Neighborhood Association (EHNA) steering committee, and all neighborhood residents are invited to attend. Two plans for the redesign will be discussed, and can be viewed here.

The plans include different presentations of the concepts, amenities, and arrangements suggested in prior input sessions, with help from the EHNA Steering Committee and input from the City of Eau Claire’s parks and planning departments. This session will give neighbors a chance to consider the various options and indicate their likes and dislikes and what they see
as missing.
Input from this session will be used to craft a final plan, to be presented to Eau Claire’s Parks and Waterways Commission later in March. A representative from Ayres Associates, the park’s designer will lead the discussion.
As required by the city, a fourth and final input session – this one citywide – will be held at the Eau Claire city hall from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Mar. 12.
