By Katherine Schneider, for the CV Post
In this space, since early in the pandemic, Kathie Schneider has offered heart, hope and occasional bits of humor. These columns began on a weekly basis and will now be posted every other week as we head for whatever the “new normal” will bring.
Kathie writes from the perspective of a retired Chippewa Valley clinical psychologist, blind from birth. She will continue to deal with some aspects of the coronavirus pandemic, since we have all been greatly affected by living through it, but her columns may focus increasingly on broader topics.
In this column, she provides four possible ways to stop “languishing” – just feeling “blah,” as she puts it – in the wake of nearly 15 months of COVID-19. To read about her antidotes, and some thoughts about languishing, please click on the headline.
